The Guyver question

in episode 6, that guy (who i forget the name of, he has the wierd purple and orange eyes) is saying something about the 'descended ones' being aliens who had something to do with early humanity. My question, did he say they were supposedly the creators of humankind, or did I miss something, I was being distracted by something when that part came. :hits_self
