Reviews aren't always perfect. Sometimes the reviewer forgets things that didn't have much impact on them in the midst of a much more occupying plot. I agree that that scene should have been mentioned, but this sort of slip-up isn't that uncommon considering how much material one person has to remember when writing the review. It's suggested that people take notes as they watch an anime if they plan to write a review, but this isn't always possible or practical for everyone. Generally, as long as the review covers enough of the series' objectionable content to give the reader a good idea of what to expect, it's okay if it doesn't mention every single thing. I actually remembered a small detail about a series right after submitting a review for it and I was thinking, "Shoot." The review isn't up yet, though.
Speaking of which, how long does it usually take for a review to be approved? Gypsy said to PM her if you don't hear anything after two weeks, and I did, but I've heard people say that some have taken several months or more to go through. I have no problem waiting as long as it takes, but is there a point at which I should assume that my review was lost and re-submit it? Or should I just continue waiting for Gypsy's reply? I know how busy she is...

Do not be overrighteous, neither be overwise—
why destroy yourself?
Do not be overwicked, and do not be a fool—
why die before your time?
It is good to grasp the one and not let go of the other.
The man who fears God will avoid all extremes.
