For me they are:

Kira Yamato - Lacus Clyne
Athuran Zala - Cagalli Yula Attha
Mu La Flaga - Murrue Ramius

Gundam Wing

Heero Yuy - Relena Peacecraft (Duh)
Duo Maxwell - Hilde (I'm not even trying her last name)
Zechs Marquise - Lucradzia(sp?) Noin (also a big duh)

G Gundam
Domon Kashu - Rain Mikamura

In response to Godly Paladin's post, there's a lot of evidence that Trowa is indeed Catherine's brother. Ever read the book Episode Zero, and looked at the data pages in between each story?

IMO, Relena only likes Heero because the script says so. I mean, seriously. Heero's cool and all (was my first favorite anime character when Wing was the only anime I had seen), but he is NOT the kind of guy any real girl would fall for.

Why does everyone over look the obvious?Kira and Flaye?
Yes,I know Flaye originally hooked on to Kira because she was trying to
A)make her boyfriend jealous and B)get revenge for the way that ZAFT
killed her father;still to me the Kira/Flaye matchup was one of the better ones since Flaye really needed the strength that Kira could give her and also Kira needed someone to take care of.Lacus is really too independent to
work with Kira.Although I think they make great friends.I was going to go with Kira and Cagali up until last week when it was revealed their were actually twins.
Ok,I admit when it comes to Gundam Seed I'm a bit of a Flaye fanboy.

I'm with Godly Paladin. How in the name of all thats right and holy

...I mean Flay is totally manipulative. She never loved Kira she just wanted to use him. Lacus is the opposite. Sure she's a bit independent but look how she acts with Kira compared to how she acts with Athurn. She loves Kira. Kira/Lacus is the best couple from G-Seed.

Actually Flaye's not psycho,she's just emotionally immature.I think she needs Kira because he's more emotionally stable.Lacus really doesn't need anyone since she's rather independent,also I expect to see her get killed off within the next several eps.(Just a hunch based on the way things seem to be going,but I could be wrong.)
