Watching anime online

Do any of you use online sites to watch your anime?
if so which ones?
I have been using crunchy roll lately, so if there is some shows you cannot find on youtube then i suggest http://www.something.com

Actually, I've found that it works much better to either buy or download your anime, rather than watching it online. I go through bittorrent, when the series isn't available in America or I haven't been able to find it, or buy through whatever retail location carries it when possible.
