Best Anime Couple Contest Suggestions

k, I'm starting a new contest amoung many where you, the voters, can vote for your favorite characters as they duke it out to win. :thumb:

The first contest will be the Best Anime Couple Contest . I have pick several out but I am open to submissions. They just have to have a romantic relationship or a possible romantic relationship.

So far I have:
Spike and Julia
Spike and Faye
Goku and Chi-Chi
Vageta and Bulma
Wolfwood and Milly
Kenshin and Kaoru
Kesnhin and Tomoe
Sanosuke and Megumi
Aoshi and Misao
Gene and Melfina

Thats who I have so far, as for the submissions. I will accept bout 10 more of them. You have to provide the couple and what anime they are from. Also a link to a pic so I put on my site. Note, these couples HAVE to be in the same picture or grouped so they make one picture. I will not do individual pictures of the characters. Takes up to much room on my computer and site.

I dearly hope people will participate in this event and that I can (and others) can continue this on int he future.

P.S. If you guys think that the current couples that I picked out aren't that good, please tell me :)

I found a picture of the two so don't worry. I would like you guys to provide pictures but if not I can always try Google.

k, just to make a point. I doubt we will run into torubl elike this on CAA but you have those wierdos and trolls. NO GUY/GUY or GIRL/GIRL SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!!!

So nayways, once this goes underway, this is how it will be done

I will upload my pictures to my site and then put them on here. Once I've closed submissions for best couples, I will figure out how many groups there will be. There will be two couples per group. What you do is vote for which couple you like best out of the two.

After the contest is closed, I will count the votes and whoever wins thier group will advanced to the 2nd round and whoever loses will be eliminated.

I'm still accepting submissions so please spread the word aorund. I want this to be a entire forum event hopefully where evreyone gets involved :)

Hey guys, can I ask you all to help spread the word of this contest. I can't come up with couples on my own cause i wan't anime diversity. Maybe mention to someone if you're talking to them through IM or maybe in a PM :)

I would like get som eof the forum board members intrested in this cause im thinking of doing different versions (best samurai, best shooters, best mechas maybe etc)

If you want, I can get you a full resolution grab from that scene on the DVD (it's off the first Ranma OAV disc).

Jet and Faye from Cowboy Bebop. (I doubt they will win, but I find this match amusing.)

Finding pics for this couple was really hard. I had to resort to fan art and a small picture that would probably look good as a forum avatar.

Anyway, Hitokiri, they are attached, and take your pick. If you really want the links, just PM or notify me in some way.

I was considering Jet and Faye but I want to limit the least amoung of characters from a anime to at least a character bieng used 2 time sin one anime. For Cowboy Bebop, Spike was that character. Thank you so much for the submission though.

I really like Aoi Sakuraba and Kaoru Hanabishi from Ai Yori Aoshi. They're actually engaged to be married and they're so in love. :) They're my fav couple.

How about Luna and Artemis? Though, I suppose there aren't that many talking cats in the world, so it was sort of a given... (But, i believe in the manga they're not really cats, and Phobos and Deimos aren't really crows)
