Encouragement

"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."--John 14:27
Some of you may have noticed that CAA had some less-than-welcome visitors here lately, and especially today. I want to take a minute to encourage all of you guys as a community to stand strong. We've known since day 1 that trolls would come--people hate us and they hate the message we bring and the things we stand for. They hate the fact we refuse to bow down or give in time and time again. To me, this is only a further affirmation that we are serving the Lord. Why would Satan bother about us if we weren't a force to be reckoned with?
So again I say be strong. Part of being a forum, I'm afraid, is that space of time between a troll posting something awful and a mod/admin cleaning it up. I apologize that you have to deal with this, but it happens, and there is no way, without taking away some serious freedoms, to control this. I for one am not willing to give them an inch or change the way we do things simply because of a troll or two. This doesn't mean we might not change a few things eventually--like post count minimums for pictures and such--but it does mean that the majority of you users have nothing to worry about. And even when you can't see us staffers, we're here and we're going to take care of it. On behalf of all of us, I thank you for your prayers, your support, and the "heads-up" pm's/emails we get.
Alright, onward soldiers! We've got a battle ahead.
