I'm pretty sure you do, to be on the safe side okay? I wouldn't feel right giving anyone the okay because I'm only a mod, not an admin. I don't run this joint ^^;

Ok, about writing reviews. For the moment we've decided to ask that you check with an admin/mod first. The reason is because we want to avoid fallacies that may arise; i.e. we don't want someone coming through here, seeing a review, and then thinking that's the official stance on it unless we know what you're writing. If we ask you to edit/label something in it, please comply or we won't allow it to be posted. That make sense?
I'm also posting a thing about this in the review section, so never fear.
One last thing; if you've seen an anime and have something to contribute, you can reply to a review thread and talk about it there; there's no need for approval there.
