unable to view privacy policy

When I try to view the privacy policy by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page in the forums it just shows a screen that says:

vBulletin Message

muskrat, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
Log Out Home

I've tried the same link on the home page as well as a few different places within the forums but it still shows the same screen.

Also if I log out and try to view the privacy policy it shows a different message:

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: ./includes/init.php
Line: 507

I'm currently using Internet Explorer 6.0 under microsoft xp.

If I forgot any information that you need just let me know.

That is because of a fault in the web page, not an issue of user permissions.

Regardless, I don't know how to fix it.

I didn't see that earlier but yes I see the same thing. I don't have any drastic immediate need to see the privacy policy. Just thought I should let you guys know.
