In the coming new year the Wardrobe (my favourite web-haunt) is going to do a study of "The Man who was Thursday", GK Chesterton's Metaphysical Thriller with the nigh-inpenetrable allegory. The study wil be lead by yours truly. :) Nothing like starting the year on the right note, eh?

Anyone who is interested can join in at the Wardrobe, a very active CS Lewis web forum. I might also ask DrZeus, proprietor of the 'Drobe, on whether or not the particular forum could be opened to non-members who might want to view and contribute without having to sign up and register. We have done studies before on other books (including Lewis' "Perelandra", "Screwtape Letters", "Out of the Silent Planet" and "The Consolation of Philosophy" by some Boethius fellow ;) ) but this is going to be the first one that I'm going to lead one.

Anyone interested can go to the 'Drobe and have a look around. The study will commence on Wednesday 4th of January, 2006.

Thanks for your time.

And now, for absolutely no good reason, here's Mister Chesterton (Right) with George Bernard Shaw (Left) and Hillaire Belloc in the middle. Boy, GK certainly does resemble a certain character from "The Sandman" doesn't he? ;)
