Tell me if you think it's a good idea.
I'd like to make an RP with Christian concepts. Ordinary people with Faith-issues, life-issues, and physical-issues or gifts, so-to-speak.
I want to write about something new, fresh, and helpful. I'd prefer it to be Literate. And I'd like profiles PMed to me with a picture of the character (real-life or detailed anime pictures only).
ONLY POST OPINIONS ON THE TOPIC FOR NOW PLEASE.
This post will be updated with a profile example as soon as a good amount of opinions are given, or interests shown.
Thank you. ^^

Honestly, the fact that you're having normal characters living normal lives... well, it doesn't really have much potential in my opinion. I mean, I don't know about you, but I don't want to be living my life and then writing about my normal character's normal life. It would just get boring. Not to mention what's the worst that could happen? What's the best that could happen?
Maybe if you added a different ingredient. For example, have normal people have some sort of drastic change that they have to cope with during their normal lives. That way, they have a challenging obstacle that they have to overcome or fall to. I'm not saying that a normal life is easy or boring, I'm just saying that as an RPG, it doesn't have much potential.
That's just my two cents.

Hm. Good point. I'll try to make it more appealing.
Woot, woot! First opinion. Thanks for being honest and helpful.

Alright, I've made some drastic changes and I think this might work. The story is going to be about three highschoolers who are best friends. Two are strong believers in Christ, and one is not. I will be the nonbeliever, and I will make the two other character's profiles.
The point of this RP is to see how well you can minister to a person that God loves while showing Godly love.
In the past I asked God to put some people in my path that needed Him. I wanted to serve God in this way. Well, He answered my prayers, but I was so caught up with my situations to even realize that God had put some people in my path for me to minister to. Afterwards, I felt like had dissapointed God. But I came to realize that He was just showing me that I need to be prepared before I go trying to minister to people. I've made mistakes when it came to ministering to people. I thought I was doing them a favor. I didn't judge them or tell them that they were full of sin, "repent before you go to hell!", instead I made it seem too easy, just confess your sins, ask him into your heart and you have a ticket to heaven. This is true, but afterwards we should change our lifestyles so that we can recieve all that God had for us. For this, I am grieved. But, God had forgiven me, so I need to forgive myself.
Wow, I wrote all that? I didn't mean to get off subject like this but this is the reason why I want to make this RP. It's important to me. Plus, hopefully this will help others learn how to reach out to others without being pushy, self-righteous, and most of all, unaware. Bringing others to Christ is one of the major points of being a believer.
What do you all think of this? Wait before you say anything, let me introduce the Storyline: Three teenagers, hormones, and God. Emmett Dyne is struggling with himself. *sighs* My butts falling asleep, so I'm going to write the rest of this in a notebook (while lying on my stomach) and I'll be back to type it in. In the meantime, tell me what you think.
