CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

I regularly use another forum site online, but got directed here by a Christian acquaintance there when (in the local chatbox) I'd told everybody about the demon attack nightmare I just had and was flipped out. Sounds random, but I've had nightmares like that before (involving sleep paralysis?) except that later that night I felt an encounter quite similar to what I had in the dream. And I was pretty freaked out about that and have kind of been too paranoid to be by myself at home since then (this was last Sunday night to be specific).

Anywho! Said friend known as "Crossfire" on the other forums directed me here after hearing about my little incident. So yeah.

Anime and manga? Haven't really had good opportunities to get into specifically those yet, but the closest I like is the Kingdom Hearts video game series. And I love the KH soundtrack, because I'm a geek. And I also like stuff like TobyMac, or Relient K, and some of The Ready Set. Just different things.

When I say I'm a geek, I'm probably not as geeky as the average "geek." It's kind of a loose term sometimes. XD Compared to my family and circle of friends, yes, I am the geek. I don't think I look geeky though, not that that necessarily means anything. My friends have this strange idea that if our school had a video game competition, I'd win, or at least do well. That's where I'm like "Uh heh--no. I play Kingdom Hearts. Not Call of Duty."

Nooot that they know the difference.

Anyway, I think things are toning down since the incident a week ago...I had a creepy phone call on Wednesday (nothing but a small whisper that didn't make any sense, something like "Ell..."), and then another weird one on Friday which was -supposedly- from my friend's cell phone (it sounded like mall noise at first, then when I inquired for my friend again, the fuzzy noise turned into something that sounded like husky laughter--not like a person at all), only I called her later and she said she never called me.

Anywho! Monday evening now, so far nothing strange has happened again. I hope nothing does, and I hope I find out the reason for why God let me go through this just so I can fix things up and do things right. Also, I can't wait to fall asleep early again (particularly without the paranoia and fear) and get some rest.

I'd actually really love to talk with some people about their ideas of why this stuff might be happening, but I guess it might be a better idea to point anyone who's interested to this thread I made in the Prayer Request section:

I have an issue with demons in my thoughts cussing at me and telling me the Bible is lying (which it's not) and leafing me to be legalistic in fasting and not eating certain things or doing stuff; primarily for the sake of doing stuff and to appear holy. I haven't had demonic nightmares but I won't be surprised is I did. God bless and what's your favorite Bible verse?

I'd saaaay that "my" verse would have to be Jeremiah 29:11-13, longish story behind it, but yeah, I think it's helpful to me even now when I'm unsure of things.

I would be more happy go lucky but...some scary crap happens to you so...i'd just like to say somethig real quick, this is odd coming from me-being the goofy person i am- I've come close to suicide twice...and had a lot of weird dreams...so...yeah.
