I am working on like 3 manga titles (and a new idea in the works), 1 anime, 1 audio drama. I also write quite a bit, but haven't worked on much of it lately. And no, I do not own any combat utencils XD!!!

My favorite writer, as in like an author? Probably Melody Carlson and Frank Peretti.
My favorite anime/manga not related to CLAMP? That's tough, ahaha. Well, I like "Dream Saga" by Megumi Tachikawa (I think that's her name, I'll check later...), "Game Plan!" by Inkhana, "Heaven Bound" by Calbhach, and as far as anime not based on a CLAMP work....uhhh....it can include movies, right? "Spirited Away" (movie), Pokemon (first 3 seasons and movies), and Robotech.
My favorite animal would have to be the dolphin! ;D

1. No, I have not seen that anime. Is it any good? What's it rated?
2. No, I have never played Pokemon.
3. UnderOath, Flyleaf, Falling Up, Jeremy Camp, Rebecca St. James, etc.!
4. American comics? Well, probably "Black: The Birth Of Evil" which I believe is a comic adaption of Ted Dekkar's The Circle trilogy.

Rusty Claymore (post: 1387566) wrote:When you draw people, do you prefer Abstract or Anitomically feasible styles?

I draw manga style, so I don't think it's abstract. XD!!

How often do you watch anime?

Which genres do you prefer in anime or manga?

Since you are a chick, do you dig giant robots?

How open are you to something that is in a genre you might not like but is supposed to be top-notch e.g., you highly dislike mecha anime, but someone tells you that Eureka Seven is a well-written, high-quality show, despite the fact that it has giant robots(not the best comparison, I suppose, since Eureka Seven is "a good romance disguised as a well-done mecha show")?

WOW! Alot of questions, I shall do my best to answer them!

Atria35's questions

What manga or anime are you planning on reviewing next for your site?

The first volumes of Dream Saga and Angelic Layer, Manga Messiah, the second volumes of Tsubasa and xxxHOLiC, xxxHOLiC First Collection, Cardcaptors vol.3 "Misdirections", Inverloch volume 1, and many many more!

Do you think you'll try to get your manga published?

Yes, I do! I wanna self-publish through Lulu, actually (like Inkhana and Calbhach did). And alot of it will be featured in the manga magazine me, my bro, and 2 friends are making (which we are also publishing through Lulu!).

Skub? (lolz, you don't have to answer that one!)

Nan des ka? XD!! (What is it?)

What is your favorite kind of cake?

ANGEL FOOD CAKE!!!! <333

Lilac#18's questions

What's your favorite amusement park(s)?

Knott's Berry Farm.

Who's your favorite anime characters?

Sakura (Cardcaptors and Tsubasa), Mokona (xxxHOLiC), Watanuki (xxxHOLiC), Tamayo (Angelic Layer), Mail and Tail [sp?] (Heroic Age), Mr. Icchan (Angelic Layer) just to name a few ^.^

What's your favorite restaurant(s)?

Soup Plantation, Maki Yaki.

What's your favorite food?

Pancit!!!!!! Specifically, the one my Lola makes! (if you don't know, 'pancit' is thin noodles, it's a Filipino dish, and 'Lola' means Grandma in Filipino, I call her that since she's the one on my Filipino side of the family ^.^)

Do you have any siblings?

Yes, my brother, Jake, who is a year and a week younger than I am.

Do you follow the latest fashion, like in magazines, on models, etc?

Nope, not at all.

Mr. Hat'n'Clogs' questions

How often do you watch anime?

Alot, at the moment, at least once a week. XD!!

Which genres do you prefer in anime or manga?

Hmmmm.....I don't know, actually. I like slice-of-life, magic girl, action/adventure, fantasy, mecha....it's all good! But I really do like mystical kind of plots, especially if it's deep and makes you think.

Since you are a chick, do you dig giant robots?

As in do I think they're cool or do I think they're hot? XD!!! I doubt it's the latter, so I'm just gonna say I think they're awesome epic win!

I am open to trying out any anime, as long as it mostly fits the guidelines of what I don't wanna see (like 5000 gallons of blood, guts, nudity, language, black magic, etc.!) nothing over 14+.

What?!?! You don't find giant robots totally hot?!?! XDDD

How do you choose which new anime to watch? Do you get recommendations, blind buy, looking up directors/studios/adapations etc.

Do you prefer anime or manga?

Do you prefer shorter, 13-26 episode anime, long 37-52 episodes, or gigantic epics of 63+?

1. Yes, I plan to. I think you're the one who suggested Haibane, right? I plan on buying the volumes that are still cheap enough on Amazon.com Marketplace, basically if it's on DVD, I will review it, whether rent or buy. (I gotta check your list again...)
2. No, I have not read her other comics. Are they good?
3. I've seen the live action and some of the cartoons, I don't think I have a favorite.

Why would robots be attactive to me? XD!!!

Alot of times, it's by recommendations. For example, when I posted at CM to find a decently clean anime, someone said "Angelic Layer" (I didn't know it was based on a CLAMP work at that time) and fell in love with it. I also like to look up reviews for anime titles that seem interesting, and I plan on "blind buying" a few titles. Also, if a series is related to another series I am watching, I tend to look into (example: Cardcaptors lead to Tsubasa and Tsubasa lead to xxxHOLiC).

I like anime better, but manga is still awesome (especially drawing it).

I like short series, long series, and as far as gigantic epics....it all depends. Like CC was 70 episodes, I could probably deal with a little over a hundred, but anything beyond like 150 or 200, that might be a little too much....

One more question: Can I please use some of these questions/answers in an interview manga of you? I'm writing an episode of my new little random series "The Chibi Show". I was wondering if for one of the episodes, I could interview you. :D! Oh, and for the people who asked questions for AnimeGirl, do you mind if I used some of your questions? Would you rather I give you credit, or leaved your names anonymous?
