*climbs out from under the band wagon*

Ugh...My head...that is the LAST time I'm allowing myself to be strapped to the bottom of the band wagon...
OH! Well, might as well ask me questions while I look for any possible fractures. It might help detect brain damage.

What is the correct pronounciation of your name?
what is your favorite colour?
Have you been to canada?
do you like BarlowGirl?
If you were a bird, what kind would you be and where would you fly?
will you be my friend?
what are some of your favorite books?

It's been pronounced different ways. I pronounce it ahn-TAY bell-um, some others kind of pronounce it like Entei (the Pokemon).
Red or silver, depending on the day.
I have in fact, but it was in Winkler/Morden, Manitoba, so there wasn't much there.
I haven't heard of BarlowGirl before, actually.
I was once compared to a duck...I'm not entirely sure what I am, but if I were a swallow I'd fly around Britain carrying coconuts.
Yeah! Although I must warn you my friends tend to be a little on the nutty side.
I like Lord of the Rings, Crime and Punishment, 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea, and a few others I can't quite think of right now.

1) What painkillers do you prefer? (Advil, Tylenol, etc.)
2) How & why did you create your name?

I'm was impressed by your subtle Monty Python answer. It brought a smile to my face and a question to my mind.
3) Where do English swallows find these coconuts?

I'd be an antihero. Or some sort of crazy, trigger happy pyromaniac who is good at distracting people.
I don't take painkillers because I never am in pain, or when I am they don't seem to work.
I took the name from a Latin phrase which means "before the war." I wanted something kind of unique and different from what I've ever used before. I wanted something Latin or otherwise in another language, and I settled on Ante Bellum.
If you really want to know, it's a complicated system of trading between African and European swallows. They only come up every once in a great while, so coconts are rare and we treasure them. Of course, we give them the invading Frenchmen in return, but since they couldn't carry them back (We use a strand of creeper to transport coconuts.), the Frenchmen went off and took over a few castles.
(I've actually only seen that movie once, but I remember a lot of dialogue. Probably because it's so quotable.)

4. Favorite subjects in school?

That's not a question!
Yeah, we have a bunch of cats and horses. The cats are annoying but the horses are funny.
Psh, yeah right. XD Ante would NOT make a good political leader.
I like art (not really a subject, though)...Not much for core classes, though.

Do you LOVE pokemon games like I do?
Do you want to answer this question?
Why? (philosophically speaking)
Food?
Would you help me?
what was that question about?
What did I need help with?
Should I talk in 3rd person too?
PostPosted: Sat Mar 06, 2010 6:57 am

Ante possibly does!
It is not a matter of wanting, but a matter of needing to answer. Although Ante does in fact wish to answer.
So Ante can show off that first sentence in the above question.
Food...what?
Possibly, depending on what you need.
About you needing help with something.
You didn't say anything about what you needed help with.
Yes.

Venison jerky, bread, cheese, candy...
Yes. ^_^
Because you're awesome.

I don't have it hooked up right now, but we have a wireless router so I can have it log onto the Internet.
Metroid Prime (the three games + Trilogy), Tales of Symphonia, Okami, FFVII, Trauma Center: SO, OoT, LttP, MM (not so much the newer games, although WW did have its moments).
Jesus, and in more recent history, I'm not so sure. I haven't really thought about it.
Michael J Fox, he's great in Back to the Future.

2. Ever read anything by Piers Anthony?

Probably.
Well, most of the time yes. Right now...Not really. It seems like we fight a lot.
Jesus, of course. Otherwise, I don't bother much with the world. I mean, sure, there's things that I like but besides things like honor and truth and stubbornness (Yes, I do in fact like it.) there isn't really any material thing.
No...
No. I'm beginning to sense a trend here.

Speaking of honor, truth, etc.
What is your greatest virtue?
What have you learned recently or are learning now from Jesus?
PostPosted: Wed Mar 10, 2010 5:48 pm
by Ante Bellum
My greatest virtue? As in, which one I exhibit the best? In that case, it might be faith or honor.
I learned that I need to stop trying to deal with my own problems and that I should give them up...but I still need to actually practice it.

Samwise. He's pretty much the real hero.
And be stabbed with knives - pointy knives - that burn with the fires of a thousand evils? Preferably not.

Do you appreciate the epicness of said quote?

Of course!
