CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

Hello everybody! I'm really excited to be here! I love that the people here are so open-minded about all the right things.

Okay.

I'm female (as I'm sure you can tell by my username) and straight (as the rest of the intro will probably tell you quite emphatically)

I love anime (well, duh!).

I draw with a decent amount of skill (that means that other people are impressed, but usually not me). Unfortunately, I do not have reliable access to a scanner. T_T

I'm a very nice person, and I have friends of all ethnicities, religions, orientations, and personality types. I'm very accepting. People open up to me and come to me with their problems a lot. I'm much more intelligent than I let on, but I act dumber than I am for society's sake. I have a distinctly wild streak. LOL!

Okay. Um... here are some of my fave and not-so fave animes, characters, and pairings. Don't worry, I hate yaoi/yuri.

Fave Animes: FMA (My forever fave), Monster (Intense!), Rurouni Kenshin, Furuba (Sweet and girly!), Ouran High School Host Club (LOL! ), D.Gray-man (Cool ) Naruto (not the best in the world, but the characters are entertaining)

Characters:

I love, in descending order (my faves come first): Orochimaru-sama, Envy, Sohma Ayame, Himura Kenshin, Johan Liebert (props to anyone who knows who this person is) Deidara, Sasori

I BFF, in the same order: Tobi (the good boy!), Allen Walker, Sohma Akito, Edward Elric, Dr. Tenma, Miranda Lotto (there's an in-joke reason for this, LOL!)

I Dislike, in the same order (the ones I yuck the most come first): Sasuke, Dante, Gluttony, Itachi, Franz Bonaparte

Okay. Time for a mini-rant. I despise Sasuke. He is the most overrated character in all of Naruto. I don't like him. I like his brother better, which is saying something, because Itachi is a horrible person. Sasuke is whiny. Sasuke is irritating. Sasuke gives emos a bad name. Ugh!

Mini-rant over. LOL!

Fave Pairings: Envy/Winry (yes, you read that right), Al/Rose (well, duh! they look so cute together!), Orochimaru/Anko, Jiraiya/Tsunade, Shigure/Akito, Ayame/Mine, Kenshin/Kaoru, Sanosuke/Megumi...

Don't you just love romance?

As you may have noticed, I tend to crush on/be more interested in tnhe older characters in most series. It's mostly because I'm in my older teens, so the protagonists of most series feel too young for me and I feel yucky if I crush on them. I don't like feeling yucky. LOL

I tend to like villains. Hmm... why is that? I don't really know, beyond the fact that they tend to have a lot more issues for me to sympathize with. I like to be able to sympathize with characters. Heroes come in much less variety, anyway. I love unique people. I do like some heroes, though. Kenshin is my husband (well, one of them, LOL!)

I just noticed the lick smilie. Why is that on there anyway?

Welcome to the boards! I share your hatred of Sasuke. XD I actually just don't like Naruto at all, haha.

Hey, villains can be really interesting and complex characters, especially in anime. That's part of the reason I'm a fan!

Yay, props to me, I know who Johan Liebert is. (No spoilers I still reading it) It's cool that you like villains, I love them too. Personally I like it more when there isn't really something to sympathize with them about and they're just plain evil.

Sasuke. Sas-k. Sasu-freaking-ke. Judging from your post, you haven't gotten much farther than the rescue Gaara arc. I'll just say that Sasuke gets more interesting.

Well, I wasn't around back then, so, uh, welcome! Also, no one knows who Johan Lieberman is, but there are many rumours about him. Probably only a urban myth perpetrated by neonazis.
