CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

Just posting this to say hi, and I guess say something about myself. Really the only thing I can think of right now is I'm Christian, and I enjoy anime and videogames, and part of the reason I joined this site is I'm hoping to make some Christian friends to talk to, either about anime or games, both offline and online.

Hello there. What kind of anime and video games do you like?

I was reading the thread Rushia linked to and I realized I should probably post some about that. I'm not really used to sharing stuff about myself lo. I'm in a community college, studying IT stuff, trying to get a couple degrees and certificate, hoping to one day have an IT job in a hospital. I'd say my favorite animes are Fullmetal Alchemist, Spiral (which I recommend to everyone, even though the ending is lame and requires you to read the manga if you want answers), and .hack//SIGN, I'm working through //G.U and Ragnarok. Ragnarok seems pretty cool so far.

For video games, I'm a recovering WoW addict lol, and on the console side I'm playing Devil Summoner, and today I bought Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo's Dungeon. As I mentioned in my other thread, I deal with depression a lot, which kindof interferes with me playing games and trying new games, but I'm hoping to start playing more.

Also I'm kindof a fan of MMO's, I know I'm new, so I probably have no room to make any suggestions or anything, but if anyone else on this site is a fan of MMO's, I was thinking it could be fun if we all found a good free MMO (so noone has to pay) and just either play an MMO together, or make a guild and play an MMO together. I think it could be a good fun idea and I hope other people share that opinion. MMO's are always more fun with friends.

What I meant was that you should've made a thread in that forum and not this one. No worries, a mod will move it soon enough.

hi again, Aedin! It sounds like you have a good variety of interests when it comes to anime and games... I also heard Spiral was killer, but only my sister has seen it that I know of... do you listen to music? If so, what type of music/bands do you like? Any favorite books or movies?
