Hi, my name is ...

Well I'm sort of new here, I first registered just short of a year ago, but didn't start to really use the site until sometime in the last ~6 months. Mainly just coming for the reviews and using the forums for the missing reviews.
I found the site from a friend (Galant) who frequently links to discussions in here. Anyway over the last few weeks I've started lurking in the forum, which I've recently gotten tired of. Now that I'm posting I thought it fair I introduce myself.
My name is Trin, and I was going to type out the history of me and anime and manga, but it's really more than I care to put down here. So in quick summary, started with brother introducing me to DBZ, switched to manga, then watching anime in a rather hit-or-miss fashion until finding this site to weed out that with content I don't want. Now I have one friend that I regularly watch anime with (mainly via rental, favorites bought), and trying to suck others in as well .
Finally, I was raised Christian, but recently have been working to make that a more personal relationship and conviction; rather than a random collection of general knowledge.
Note: this will probably be the longest post I ever make
