CAA: Christian Anime Alliance

Hi there!

Well, I was referred to this site by ChristianRonin. When I heard "Christian anime site," I figured it just couldn't get much better! ^_^ So, here I am! I enjoy watching lots of different anime shows, my absolute favorite being Rurouni Kenshin. I'm a 16-year old Christian girl, and I love drawing (fanart and original stuff), playing video games (the Final Fantasy series, Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross, Kingdom Hearts, etc.) reading (Manga and classics, such as Les Miserables), watching anime (Ruroken, Cowboy Bebop, Trigun, .Hack Legends, Gundam Seed, Inu-Yahsa) and listening to music (Mostly indie/emo bands, like Mae, Straylight Run, Eisley, Jimmy Eat World, The Early November, Daphne Loves Derby, Copeland, Coldplay, Keane, and I also like J-Pop ^_^). My favorite movies are The Last Samurai, Big Fish, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, and of course, the Star Wars Saga (Episode III RULED!!). I look forward to meeting all of you! n_n

To Elric_Kun: I don't necessarily have a favorite J-pop group, more accurately stated, I like a lot of the songs from anime. I'd love to be more familiar with the different Jpop groups, but as of now, the only one I'm familiar with is Utada Hikaru. If you know of any good groups though, feel free to let me know! ^_^

Favorite Gundam Seed characters...Hmm...

I'd have to say number one would be Cagali Yula Attha. She's so cool! Followed by Lacus Clyne, Flay, and Kira. Maybe Athrun...maybe. ^_^

My favorite Inu-Yasha characters...

Well, my all time favorite character is Sango! She's awesome! Followed by Kagome, then Inu-Puppy (n_n), Shippou (He's so kawai'i!!), Miroku, and Kilala. Kaede is kinda cool too, though. So is Sesshoumaru. I don't like Kikyo at all, though...After seeing Inu-Yasha: Affections Touching Across Time, I got mad at Kikyo and decided I didn't like her! ^_^

That's cool that one of the Gundam dubs does Sota's voice, though! ^_^

I've been having so much fun here that I hardly ever visit the other forums and websites that I used to frequent so often...Seriously, this place is a breath of fresh air! ^_^ I love the anime reviews here, it makes it so-o much easier to choose the animes that I know that I'll enjoy and the ones that I wouldn't like.

Oh, and Elric_Kun, thanks for the J-Pop reccomendations! I'll definitely be checking those out soon! ^_^

Ah, yes! Gone with the Wind...I have not yet read the book, but I've seen the movie. I heard the book is quite good, though. Maybe when I finish The Count of Monte Cristo and Les Miserables, I'll start on that one! ^_^
