According to
The New Yorker's twitter.
EDIT: With more details! It will be a 10 episode season, which each episode focusing on a character. It will ultimately lead up to the movie. To me, it sounds like the goal will be to recap the last five years of each character's life.
So unless it's been hacked, this should be accurate. Still waiting on further confirmation, but for now:

Cold water time, but where is the series going to go from that ending?
Myself I'd rather simply have the movie. Plus, it frees them from the constraints of television, though the show was never particularly hampered by the format.

I think they'll find plenty of material. This is supposed to take place five years after the show ended, and as I've heard it, the fourth season will serve the purpose of "catching us up" with the characters and what they've been doing the last five years, giving the movie more time to tell another story. At this stage, I'm not really worried yet about whether or not the quality will be the same--I'm just glad it's coming back. XD
