I just found this out. Elisabeth Sladen, known to many Doctor Who fans as Sarah Jane-Smith, has died. She died on April 19, actually. She played Sarah Jane-Smith on Doctor Who beginning in 1974 and ending in 1977. She then got her own spin-off, K-9 and Company in 1981, but it only lasted its pilot. (It's just as well. It was BORING!) Then, when the revival came, she came back and met the 10th doctor, David Tennant, in "School Reunion". She then got another spin-off, The Sarah Jane Adventures, which was much better.
Farewell, Elisabeth Sladen. You will always be my favorite Doctor Who companion.

The Monster of Peladon (has some padding, but it's not that bad)
Genesis of the Daleks (love this one!)
The Ark in Space
The Brain of Mobius
The Hand of Fear
and I highly recommend the Sarah Jane Adventures to any Doctor Who fan.
