I too am looking very froward to seeing this. I loved the first movie, and am pleased that everyone involved has returned to work on this one. I'm not very happy with the comments that the sequel will be darker, but knowing that Bay's movies never get too dark(at least all the ones I've seen) I am not worried. I am also so happy this will be a stand alone like the first movie, rather then having an annoying cliffhanger that some sequels have been doing lately. ]:3

Guys....what the heck? I am honestly starting to see why people are leaving CAA anymore. Nobody can say anything without having to defend against an onslaught. It's one thing to hate a director or love one, but to make someone feel like an idiot over it....is out of line.

Quoting this for emphasis. I'm pretty sure most of you have seen the thread in the Announcements forum about recent attitudes on CAA. If you haven't, let me make it easy for you. There is no excuse for us to sit around and bash each other for liking one thing or disliking another, especially not on a Christian forum.

We're taking this issue pretty seriously right now, so I would suggest that we all watch what we say and how we say it from this point forward. Think about how your words may affect someone else, and don't say something just to bring another person down. Remember that it's possible to politely disagree without making someone else feel stupid for holding their opinion. Lastly, remember that opinions are just that--opinions. They differ per person, and neither one is right or wrong. Hopefully we can remember that and make a better atmosphere at CAA than what it's currently been.

XD same here. I'm a big Transformers fan, so I'm sure I would have thought the Trailer rocked!

I thought the title just referred to the Decepticons (who fell in the first movie) getting their revenge. But wait...so the bad guy will actually BE The Fallen? OH MAN. My interest just jumped way up.

Also wait...Devastator was in the first movie. He was a tank. So how...? I mean...whatever.

That is what I thought too as it was just the name of the title of the movie. But I did some looking around and Fallen was never in the cartoons but he showed up in Transformers: The War Within comic.

The Fallen was one of the original thirteen Transformers created by Primus (the creator of the transformers), but The Fallen betrayed Primus, by siding with Primus's dark twin Unicron.

About Devastator. He was to be renamed Brawl, but you know that everyone identifies the tank as Devastator. The character was name Brawl in the movie merchandise. Both Hasbro's Transformers team and writer Roberto Orci said Devastator was an error and the tank was to be name Brawl.

Heh heh, I read the old War Within comics (which were TOTALLY AWESOME) so I knew who The Fallen was...that's why when I saw your post which was all "Concept art for The Fallen" I was like "WAIT HE IS IN IT OH MAN THIS IS KIND OF COOL." XD

I am looking forward to this film too, but I still prefer my Transformers squarishly-blocky like the cartoon and comics.
