The Little Drummer Boy

I just recently purchased that Ultimate Classical Christmas Collection. (I'm sure your asking why would I when I can pretty much see them every christmas, and seeing them on DVD probably isn't even the same as just catching them every christmas. Well let me just state I work at amazon.com 10-12 hour shifts and usually when they come on i'm not home. :shady: It is IN MY opinion that I am usually depressed on the Holiday season, I refuse to go a Christmas Season without watching some of these christmas classics).

In Anycase from this collection, this has been the first time I watched The Little Drummer Boy... and wow.... it is in MY opinion it is among the greatest Holiday pieces. So I wonder WHY in all my 22 years have I NEVER seen this put on TV?
I mean Gosh boy is the stop motion in this one probably one of the worst i've seen... But that ending... hahaha it put a tear in my eye... and i'm not one to ever show emotion.

Yes, this was one of the best out there. It's right up there with my favorite retelling of A Christmas Carol with Mr. Magoo.

i'm a big fan of the christmas carol story... I've been wondering if I should check out the Mr. Magoo one. Though I can't say I was ever a really big fan of Mr. Magoo, and i'm not sure the comic of a man who can hardly see would go well with the story.

My Favorite Telling of the story that i've seen is the George C. Scott version with Alister sims version......
I've also seen Patrick Stewarts version which i'm greatly disapointed in, I think He could have played an Excellent Scrooge, but it feels like he missed the role by a mile.
I've always loved Mickey's Christmas carol... But I didn't really like Muppets Christmas Carol....
