That's right folks! Tonight we get to see our first look at the final installment of the Star Wars saga. For those of us not wanting to pay $40 for the special fanclub thing over at starwars.com, you can view the trailer tonight before the credits of Access Hollywood. Check
http://www.accesshollywood.com for times and channels in your local area.
I also heard AOL users might get it in some way, shape or form, but not sure. If you wanna see it on the big screen, check out the trailer before the Incredibles, starting tomorrow.
I saw a whee bit of this, and man does it look great.....and quite creepy, from the one returning original trilogy character I saw (and I don't mean Vader ^_^).
If you wanna know any tidbits about the trailer early, just PM me.
EDIT: *slaps his forehead* Sorry for not putting this here in the first place....to be honest it hadn't really sunk in that this section existed.

The third episode trailer is already coming out? Hm, I'm somewhat surprised it is this early. Then again, it could be an extremely long time until the actual movie comes out, as opposed to merely an early trailer.

Well from what I've read about Ep. III, the movie sounds cool. Though, I'm still skeptical if the movie will be good or not. O'well, no matter, I'm going to see it first day as always. ^_^
Here's some info (aka spoilers) on the teaser trailer for the people who can't wait, like me. >.>

Also....
According to theforce.net:
(Copy and Pasted)
November 4th
* The Official Site: Hyperspace members will have exclusive access to a high-quality Quicktime version of the teaser in "early afternoon (U.S.) of November 4."
* AOL Users: Since AOL/Moviefone will be hosting the trailer for download on their servers, we've received reports that AOL subscribers will have access to some version of the teaser (unknown of what quality) at 1 pm EST.
* Total Request Live! The MTV program will have the first televised airing at 5 pm EST on November 4th.
* Access Hollywood: The next televised viewing will occur on the syndicated Hollywood news program during Thursday, November 4th's evening broadcast. Check local listings for your time and channel.
November 5th
* The Incredibles: The first movie prints out there with the teaser is Pixar Animation's The Incredibles. In most cases, there should be 12:01 am Friday screenings where you can catch the film. NOTE: There is a note from previous reports that the teaser MAY NOT be attached to all prints, so caveat emptor ("buyer beware").

On a side note, I think it would be cool if they could fit Han Solo in ep 3 somehow... Cameo, whatever.

Thanks for the headups. I'm sure it will be all over the internet tomorrow anyway.

I think episode three will be slighty less crappy than the other two.

Hopefully being nearer the original trilogy will make it be more similar to those three movies. I wouldn't say that will necessarily make the movies better, but it will make more fans not complain about them. Also, this one has a very high probability of being highly depressing...

Supposedly the Obi-Wan vs. Anakin duel is the biggest and longest swordfight in movie history. (According to a Hyperspace report.)

I'm looking forward to Episode III. It think it will beat I and II for sure (though not IV, V or VI). It should be a good one. Is there a way I can view the trailer online somewhere?

You can view the trailer

Did anyone else think Vader's arms seemed abnormally small when he was on the table? It was like they were deformed or something.

I thought the first was OK, but the second was absolutely retarded I thought. However, I'll go see the third...it looks like it'll probably be the best of the three. Only because it's going to have Darth Varder, and James Earl Jones as his voice, just like the original ones. That's probably the only reason I'll go see it.

Interesting, I'm really looking forward to seeing Vader again. ^^

You can pretty much bet you won't see Anakin as the Vader we now and love till the very end.

From what I hear, classic Vader only appears for about 2 minutes. Much reduced from what people were guessing would be a 10 minute appearance some months back.

*watches trailer 3 times in a row*
EEEEEEEEEEE-hehehehehehe!!!
That was...
Enlightening! Nah, not emotional enough...
The Bee’s Knees! Nope, too wierd...
Awesome! No, too boring...
Kick Butt! uh-uh, too cliché..
I've got it!
That was...
An awesome enlightenment that kicked bee’s knees and butts!
wait... huh?
Ah, who cares! It rocked!!!!!
Anyways, anyone notice this?
POSSIBLE SPOILER!!!!!
It would appear that Palpy and Mace Windu will go at it.
Mace is in Palpy's office when he raises his saber in the above shot and there is a second shot later in the trailer showing Mace again in Palpy's office with his saber fighting someone with a red saber. And Palpy is shown at the end swinging a red saber in his office, so You do the math.
However, it seems that Yoda too will be featured in that fight. The trailer shows Yoda entering what seems to be Palpy's office (Look closely and you can see Palpy's red guards lying on the ground to the right and left of Yoda) and reaching for his saber. Another shot later shows Yoda wielding (pointing) his saber in the same room again.
Seems to me that Mace confronts Palpy and they begin to brawl and Yoda enters to help him (ala AOTC when Yoda enters and helps Obiwan and Anakin against Dooku) Or Palpy just gets done finishing off/mortaly wounding Mace and Yoda then enters. Palpy seems to be looking and swinging downward in the shot of him swinging his saber like maybe he was dueling someone very short like Yoda or he could be swinging at a wounded Mace lying on the floor or kneeling in pain. My guess is Yoda comes in too late to save Mace and has a bit of a duel with Palpatine also.
*goes of to watch it some more*

Just saw the trailer during the movie The Incredibles. It was as short as the ep 2 teaser, but I thought it was looking good. I'm looking forward to the movie, and enjoying the week at the Starwars Celebration 3.
God Bless,

Yeah it's pretty much a given Jackson is going to buy the farm at the end of this movie.

ACK! I went to se the Incredibles today, completely unaware that they had the episode three trailer before it. And guess when I ran out into the lobby to buy something! At the very moment they played it! I missed every second of it! ACK!!! (and it's not worth $40.00. No way.)

That stinks, mangafanatic.
I saw it yesterday while seeing The Incredibles (which was a great movie). I was so excited when "A long time ago..." appeared onscreen I was practically squealing (as was my little brother), much to the amusement of the lady sitting next to me. "dont mind us," I said
In regards to what L. Antilles said about the fights in "Palpy's" office, I think hes right cuz starwars.com has mentioned that some discussions in Palpy's office will be "less civil" than in previous films. They also said that extesions [more rooms] had to be built to accomodate the [fights]
Speaking of Palpy, am I to understand that Zion's avatar is in fact him? If they're going to present the emporer as a freakin
orc in this movie, they'll have to explain the whole thing about him cloning himself on Byss.

should be a great film, i just hope they don't mess it up as much as they did the original trilogy now (on DVD with all the tweecked junk)...
btw R. Zion, who is in your avatar? All I can tell is it is something star wars related...

This movie shows a little more promise than the other train wrecks. Yeah, they did screw up the original trilogy with the tweeked stuff.

yeah, I say they should've released em with NO ADDED STUFF, do the original theatrical releases on DVD instead, then add an option to insert the added stuff/changed stuff from both added times, like my X-Men 1.5 movie DVD set does with the deleted scene insertion.

My avatar would be the distinguished Darth Sidious, for those who were curious. I'll admit, he does look odd. Almost looks like his teeth are worse now than in Jedi.
And Sonic, why would they need to explain it. Maybe I'm just slow, but what do the two points have to do with each other?

"Yeah it's pretty much a given Jackson is going to buy the farm at the end of this movie."
I just hope somehow Boba Fett does it.
And as far as people bashing the new movies....*laughs* I really get a kick out of that. You are intitled to your opinion...but if the old ones came out now...your the same type of person that would bash them too. I have loved all the starwars movies...my fav is close between Empire and ROTJ...I gotta give it to ROTJ I guess though. As far as the added stuff...MY WORD people...they did not do that much. Your letting little tiny things become such a big deal. Lucas did the movies, he changed them...deal with it. You can always get vhs of the original on ebay anyway.

yeah mean Jango Fett, Boba is a little boy in Ep II, and Boba lives through to ROTJ, soi think you mean Jango, not Boba.
and I think it sucks, but whatever, ya know, I think it is fun in its own way and all, but I just prefer it the way it was originally and the way that I best remember it...

Nah, Boba COULD do it, he does have a minute role in Episode III, so I hear, but I'm not gonna say yeah or nay, to preserve the surprise.
As for the changes to the originals, I haven't seen the DVD version yet, though I know all of what they did. I don't mind the changes, either way, doesn't really add or detract from the story, really, but it would have been nice to preserve the original as well, for posterity.
Having Morrison dub Boba's voice might not have been necessary, I mean, who knows what physical effects all of the boy's adventures up until ESB could have done to make his voice raspy or perhaps he was even just using a voice scrambler, who knows.
Out of curiosity, is Boba's scream still the same in RotJ when he goes flying and when he's eaten.

agreed. but i wasn't saying boba couldn't kill windu, just that boba couldn't die too.
