Starting April 6 USA's MONK and PSYCH will be shown on NBC from 8-10 p.m.

I believe its syndication. Since NBC Universal owns USA Network and Sci Fi Channel as well as other networks.

Which is why, Law & Order shows up on USA Network, Heroes on the Sci Fi Channel and BattleStar Galactica a few times on NBC.

Plus NBC needs something to show unitll their programing shows come back.

CBS did this and aired Dexter, which is a Showtime series.

I've heard this is pretty good compared to normal crime tv fair....really hope to catch a few episodes...

Yes,it's really fun.For the record it's a temporary deal that was the result of the writers strike.USA is scheduled to show all new episodes during the Summer.

Monk is a pretty darn funny detective, though I dont really feel up to watching a hour long show. Plus I get caught up in other things. Thanks for the info mitsuki!
