Alright kiddies and far superior techie nerds,

I’m the new Eddie in Chief for our Youth Group newsletter, and I’ve been playing around with some new ideas with the formatting of the paper.

So here’s the shimey: Is there any way possible that I can get text to go around the border of a Microsoft word document? Making the text be sort of a frame going around in the margins of the document its self.

 A delusion of grandeur or what?

If it were me, I'd fashion the text into a frame in a picture editor like Photoshop, save that, import it into Word and make all the necessary resizes and stuff, and then right-click the frame (I think you choose properties then?) and then the "layout" tab. Then you'd set the image to be "behind text". I don't guarantee the accuracy of any of these directions (I forget what all the commands/tabs are in Word), but it might get you started in the right direction...^^;; Also, you'd want to make sure you set the margins wide in the page setup.

Yeah, Inky pretty much nailed it...although I would maybe suggest having a Photoshop document back up just in case you can't mod it in Word. Oh and you're using Microsoft Office?! Shame on you! Hehehe just playing.
