I go to open the file to update after downloading and saving it and I get this message.

Could not load the DLL library
C:\DOCUME~1\Helios\LOCALS~1\Temp\vsutil.dll
(VSSetProtection). The specified procedure could
not be found

[OK]

Hmm... I did a quick search on google and ran across a few other people who had similar problems, but I didn't find any good fixes.

My first instinct is to uninstall it completely, then do a re-install. You'll want to be sure you do the uninstall completely first, though.

1. Depending on your version of windows:
Start -> [Settings] -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs

2. Select Zone Alarm (probably near the bottom) and Click Change/Remove.

3. Follow the instructions on that screen to remove the program.

After that, reboot your computer and re-run the installer.

HIH!

ZoneAlarm has always been a frustration for me once they went to version 6. I finally abandoned it and went to Outpost. No complaints with that one

Ya, I've had the same problem. I ended up downloading the latest version from ZoneAlarm's site instead of stuggling with the upgrade.
