Ok... I was doing a scan of my computer for viruses and found that there was one file that was taking forever, so I looked at it afterward and found all sorts of old versions of games and utilities in .ZIP format... Some of these were last modified a year ago. Others, a few minutes before I first entered the file.
The File extension is:
C:\Uploads
Anyone have any idea what its used for?
Filename Examples:
Halo CE.zip
Need For Speed 2.zip
P.S. I have never seen/used either of these files on my system before...

Sounds like you've been owned. People are using your machine to swap files. If I were you, I'd format that machine pronto. Anyone have an up-to-date page on how to take care of p0wnage?

ooooooooooooooooooooooooooh!
I had this! TWICE!
Happened in my K++ and Shareaza folders! I just recommend that you delete the (about) 5000 .zips there and never run the program that is associated with that comp again
