It's a pay by post web space provider.
They offer php, mysql, and perl. I haven't been able to activate my account yet, but most of the reviews I've seen have been positve.
edit: I've just registerd a new account under a differnt user name, useing my other email address, and every thing went through just fine. Of course I have asked them to delete the unregistered account.
