Hey, I'm trying to customize a page and I need someone to please direct me to a site where I can host just one song, then place that URL to my page. Thanks in advance!!

What do you mean by "host a song." An MP3 that lots of people will download? A bittorrent? One of those annoying MIDI overlays to a site?

Well, just to put the mp3 onto the web so that I have a URL to link to.

graffiti.net is a free webhost, and you can host MP3s there, but the only problem is you can't upload anything bigger than 5mb...-.-

I made an account on graffiti.net but the filesize is only 2 MB!! :waah!: But yea, I'm continuing my search. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Could you encode your audio file at a lower bitrate, or maybe break it up into multiple files? How about compressing it?

Try to compress it, it's not a good idea to upload cd quality music onto the internet for download, those take a while to download. Kind of like the Dir en Grey discography I got that was done at cd quality. That took about a week to get.

umm...maybe try compressing it as Ogg Vorbis? they have better sound quality for a smaller filesize.

If I remember right, though, OV is lossy. Can someone verify that for me, though? It's been a LONG time since I kept up with that project...
