Would I have to use my real address if I registered for a domain? (I never do when signing up for email.)

So you would be willing to PM your address or direct me to how to find it oneline?

You would have to use some sort of mailable address, since they will probably bill you there. Yes, it would have to be real. Yes, it can be a post office box or a work address.
The same thing goes for your E-mail address; if you're concerned about that, make a throwaway account and use that.
When I filed my domain information, though, I intentionally gave them a phone number that went through to an answering machine so the calls could be screened, and I did not give them a fax number. So far, they haven't seemed to care as long as the bills are paid.
