I wanna get photoshop leagely but the only way I know of so far is by using
KazAa lite which is illigel does anyone know of a way to get it besides buying it or should I just go with PSP?

There isn't any legal way to obtain PS without cost. However, you can get it at reduced cost if you buy it packaged with a Wacom tablet (there are also other methods for finding it for less without breaking laws). There are people who like PSP also, but I have never used it so I don't really know how well they compare to one another.
