I'd be scared if a boss spawned with this music, therefore I claim it. Nothing like having 9 minutes before the music is over or loops.

I hadn't even thought of Blind Guardian. I didn't know anyone else knew they existed. But this is like the best choice for a boss theme ever.

The third movement of this piece (begins at 4:00). The concept is basically similar to that one guy in Chrono Cross who has the slow and thoughtful music playing while you fight him.
