Glory to GOD!
November 25, 2009; about 4 am in the Philippines [Northern Mindanao]...
It was an another disaster.. My family and I didn't expect to meet Mr. flood again after what happened on us last January 03.. It seems like the so called "flash flood" loves us so much. He didn't even warn us that he was coming but that's alright. We're in a way very blessed that GOD gave us time to put most of our things in the ceiling to avoid huge damages on our belongings. The situation was tiring but I had fun as well.
The calamity brought such a great mess on our house but the nice thing is, we do still have a house and a HOME! Thank God no one died in our family but my condolences are offered to that certain child whom I know died because the ambulance who brought him got stranded on the flood.
Everything was totally unexpected but not that surprising... I just realized that in that tribulation, I remembered GOD's promise that He will always be on our side and indeed, He made it! That was a good example of transforming sorrow into joy.
God is absolutely nearer than we expect! I LOVE YOU LORD and love you all!
