I sit and muse on my inevitanle fate,
the pain of sin exils me further into my self,
my inpertinent actions don't hurt only me,
for I now realize "no man is an island"
Sin is an infection that spreads into every,
dark conor of my mind,
of which there is only one solace,
Salvtion through blood.

thank you. I had to try and use some vocalubary words to help me rember them..so I wrote this
