Thank you. I wouldn't call me a writer, i'm not that good. And i wouldn't call me Lil cause i tower over most adults and i hate being called that. lol. j/k

Cool poem! Like Shiroi I agree that the last one sounds like a song. Hmm... I bet you could put this to music really well. In fact I would love to see that!
I really loved the line 'shout from the mountains that Jesus is Lord'. Cool imagery there; I can imagine how cool it would be to stand on top of snow-covered Everest and shout that out.
Lots of cool ideas, good lines, and I love the different lines at the end too.

it...it was...it was....AWESOME!

That was beautiful. I LOVED it. And I was also just thinking that that would make a great song!! Nice nice job!

Yes, this is a type of poem. The first part is a List poem where every line begins with the same word or words with no particular attention to rhyme or rhythm. The last part, though lyrical, still maintaims a lot of that element within the stanzas.
The last part is certaintly my favorite. It has a nicer flow than the beginning, which, even though it was a list, may have been a bit better with a more paralleled structure.
All-in-all good work, Laura! I'm proud. ^_^d This is what I'm talking about when I say practice!
