Reflection
From the window paned glass
I see that reflection
one who is a monster
the other an angel
one so capable of death
the other so willing for mercy
The paned glass reflection
is it truly me?
or is it the monster I am yet to become?
Will I know when it happens?
Will i morph and change?
The angel I see
is it truly merciful?
does it have compassion?
Or is it just waiting,
no different then the monster I see?
Who can change what we have become?
Can we?
Do you we dare?
How do we alter the things we were given?
Things that were done?
The paned glass reflection
I shudder and realize
that its me
who I am, who I was and who I will be
what do I do then?
Do I flee, run, kill or stay?
Or is it nothing more then a paned glass reflection?
