Tanemura's new title: Gentlemen's alliance Cross

Okay so the title should really say "Tanemura's new Title: GentleMen's Alliance Cross...
Anyways, yesterday I went to a bookstore and found that Arina Tanemura has a new title out here in the US. It's of course being sold by Shojo Beat.
I picked it up, read the back and was like, "okay so this could be a cool new addition to my manga collection! And it comes with a free poster, COOL!"
But because it came with a free poster it was wrapped in plastic and I hadn't gotten a chance to flip through the book.
I wish I had...because I think there could be Shounen Ai in it... Because right in the middle of the book the girl screams, "YOUR INTERSTED IN GUYS?!" To a young man, and he answers, "Yup."
My question to the hardcore Tanemura fans, is this manga really about a guy liking another guy? Should I even read it? Or should I throw it away, (I can't really return it because the store is three hours away).
It didn't even occur to me that title could suggest Shounen Ai... I thought it was like a school or something...-.-
so any help would be great appreciated.
