I just got the first two volumes of this manga, and it rocks! It's rated A for All Ages, which is actually pretty rare. It's very clean and real cute and funny. I especially reccomend(sp?) it if you're tired of shoujo manga like Chobits and Absolute Boyfriend.

Will someone please explain to the uninitiated what this manga is about?
I'm always on the lookout for clean manga.

Sure. It's a shojo manga about a girl Nina Sakura, who's really a witch from the "magic kingdom" on a foreign exchange program because she was failing all of her magic classes and decided to go somewhere where she could practice her magic without being graded. So she befriends this girl Ayu, who's the most popular girl in their school, and she tells her secret to Ayu. Nina, in order to thank Ayu for being such a good friend, Nina always tries to help Ayu with her problems (which are usually guy problems, since she has the biggest crush on the most popular guy in school, but is too nervous to tell him) and hillarity ensues. It sounds kinda cheesy, but it's great.
The focus of the series is mostly on relationships, not magic, and even so it's not like occult pentagram and cauldron kind of magic. Nina uses a "magic PC" and little spell candies to cast spells.
Hope that helped.
