Not that this is a big deal, but the translation should be "I Love You, Baby." The "ze" makes it a declaration (and a slightly rougish one, at that).

The anime is great. I should read this manga to see if I like it. I wonder, if I am weird because I like Ashiteruze Baby, since the manga is aimed at a female audience. >_<
