Wiggins, MT is a great online manga and one of my favorite mangas period, online or otherwise. There should be a thread about it on here already--search for it and it should come up.

I believe this issue has already been covered, as Spiritsword pointed out. Check this forum and it can probably be found relatively easily.
My word, though, in brief: it is quite funny and the plot is good. Of the bad: I think there are a few inappropriate jokes, but basically none. There's one guest comic that crosses a few lines, but other than that I'm not recalling anything that would be extremely disturbing.
