Sites where you make manga

I didn't know if this was already done before or not so I thought I would put it here instead of the projects section. Does anybody know of a site that lets you make manga on it. I don't mean anything that advanced. I don't care if there was only pre-made characters or not. Or how much of it you can actually edit, but I thought of that just now and thought it would be cool. And hey, if theres nothing out there like that then maybe we can start something. And even if there is some things on the internet like that we could still start one.

I think that would take a lot of complicated programming, not to mention crazy amounts of bandwidth...

But it is a cool idea. You mean something where you could choose your frames, characters, bgs and speech bubbles and put them all together?

That'd be hard.. you'd have to build a complicated Java or Flash interface to do it...
