So, a long time ago, on an older CAA, Kkun introduced me to mewithoutYou. The rest is history.
At any rate, I've now got almost EVERY mewithoutYou song that is out there, and I am extremely happy with how it flows with my Skillet/Demon Hunter mixes. So, a few things to discuss:
What's your favorite album? For me, it's probably Sun, Moon.
What's your favorite song: "Oh Porcupine"
and any other thoughts you care to share.

Gosh, I could talk about mewithoutYou all day, particularly the lyrics.
My favorite song by them is probably Torches Together which comes off of my favorite album, Catch For Us the Foxes. They are absolutely amazing live, also. Everyone should try to see them at least once.

Yeah, Josh, it stinks every time they come around here we can't go.
My friend borrowed all three mewithoutYou albums and lost them.
Tom is mad.

Has anyone noticed the haunting melody in the chorus of "In a sweater poorly knit"?
*huggles that song*
It makes me feel happy and weired inside...

Favorite CD: Catch For Us The Foxes. I picked it up while undergoing the tribulation of the Night of the Senses and found it to be an immense help as I was going through a phase where it seemed like I would be forever cut off from all goodness and joy and carried this vague and unwelcome deathwish on my back.
Favorite Song: Carousels. The haunting Post Punk atmospheres of this song are quite palpable to someone with Gothic musical sensibilities like me. The lyrics remind of just how much God has done for me as I realize that if we had never met I would have probably killed myself in despair already, and gives me encouragement to continue on the difficult path to union with God.
