Avril Lavigne has a new album coming out. It's called "The Best D*** Thing". The album will have the hit "Girlfriend" and some other good songs. April 17 is the release date. This will be Avril's first PA album due to some strong profanity, like "m*********ing". But still, this will be a great album. There's even a limited edition with a DVD. I can't wait!

I know. It's going to be released the same day as the album. I heard Girlfriend on the radio and it's SOOOOOOOOOOO addictive!
"Hey hey you you I don't like your girlfriend
No way no way I think u need a new one"
It's stuck in my head! But there is some cussing, like "I'm the m*********ing princess" and words like that slap her new album with a PA sticker. But I'm still gonna buy it next week!

I was not crazy about Girlfriend. But I will admit, I am a fan of her stuff most times. So I will probably grab a copy of her new album.

her first two cds... I love them! this cd... Its soo poo-ey.
Girlfriend is really catchy but the words are really immature... I dunno I prefer the way she sounded before.

It's sad really.
How such simple-minded lyrics with a catchy beat can get the attention of so many kids.
The way she represents herself through this CD is so contradictory to prior albums it's quite sad.
I've never been a fan of Avril, but I have found myself enjoying material from her prior albums and I respected her as an artist.
That respect is gone now.
It's not really the profanity.
It's the mindset behind the album and the sad attempt at encouraging little girls to become rebels.

Her old stuff was all right. I was never a fan, but I didn't mind the stuff on the radio. This new stuff is just... retarded.
