I cannot find these lyrics!!!

Ive looked every where and connat find the lyrics to "What a Friend" by Greg Long... can anyone help me?
Google doesn't seem to know it, but you can always join his mailing list and request them. Are they, perhaps taken directly from the song "Frind forever" and just sung by him ( I don't think I've ever heard him)
