What carols do you like best?
Here are mine:
Silent Night
O Holy Night
12 Days of Christmas (especially now that I know what those gifts REALLY ARE!)
Joy to the World
Away in a Manger
The Little Drummer Boy

It's hard to say; I like a lot of the ones out there that actually speak of our Lord's birth, but I think my very favorite ones are those set to a minor key (for example):
O Come, O Come Emmanuel
God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen
We Three Kings
I'm sure I'll think of more later. ^_^

Who's Child is This?
We Three Kings

Adeste Fideles/O Come All Ye Faithful
We Three Kings
O Holy Night (my favorite Christmas song of all time!)
I Heard the Bells On Christmas Day (you never hear this one anymore, but it's a great song)
Hark! The Herald Angels Sing
It Came Upon a Midnight Clear
...I could keep going, but that's enough, I think XD;

That's about all for now.

I can't believe I forgot about Carol of the Bells. That must be one of my all-time favorites.
Also, Winter Carol is good, too.

I love many of the Christmas carols, especially the Olde English ones, but if I had to narrow it down to just two, I would choose:
O Come, All Ye Faithful
and
Come, Thou Long-Expected Jesus

Very difficult to narrow it down to only a few...
O Come, O Come Emmanuel
Carol of the Bells (just so nice to listen to)
Stille Nacht (yes, in German)
