Female-fronted metal bands

Can anyone suggest some? I really love listening to this kind of thing, I guess I like the contrast of heavenly vocals over crunching guitars. I'm already familiar with Nightwish and Within Temptation and I'd like to find more.
I also like a bit of goth: I listen to Lacuna Coil, Unfinished Thought and Evanescence's early work.
Actually, anything heavy with a good female singer would be fine.
Thanks!

Hi Rachel,
Try Gretchen. Hard to explain their sound. A bit Lacuna Coil, a bit Evanescence, a bit Plumb, a bit Benjamin Gate and a bit 80s hard rock.

Flyleaf is pretty good, and of course Evanscence is the best.

Aghora's first album is excellent, though the lyrics are a bit flaky in an Eastern-mystical way.
