Don't know how many are interested, but:

http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/detailview.html?KEY=SFCD-46

It's called "Agitated Screams of Maggots".

Discuss.

Not at the moment, no.

The title just weirds me out. It's more random than "Clever Sleazoid", which freaked me out at first as well.

Clean?

Absolutely not!

Kyo uses A LOT of bad language, however he does it for a reason. He's not really lived the best life, and the language (and his onstage persona) show how mad he is with not only himself, but the world as well.

So... if you're not into that sort of thing, don't listen to them. (I mean, most of their stuff is in Japanese so it's not like you'd understand it anyway), but their music videos are something else.

EDIT: However, their song "mazohyst of decadence", graphic as it is, is written as somewhat of an anti-abortion song. Just so you know.

That's why Gackt's Vanilla song never bothered me XD.

My goodness. I read the lyrics.

Oh ok I didn't now because the cd didn't have a PA on it. Curse you non-PA cd that desearve it ..wow i don't mean to sound against the music at all. I don't mind bad language but how much is "A LOT" because i really want the cd because i listened to a few cuts and liked it.

EDIT: nevermind about the last part i looked at that on my own. Some of the songs were clean but then there was Saku on the new cd (by most i mean from the new cd) Saku wasn't clean.

Well, there's no such thing as "Parental Advisory" in Japan, so there's no way there'd be a label on their albums.

Ryoujoku no Ame is awesome. It's catchy (in a weird way) and combines their old feel and sound with the new. I.E. there is some screaming and harsh vocals, but also a lot that are more melodic and sound like Kyo's older vocals. The single also comes with lives (in... Germany?) of The Final, Mr. Newsman, and one of the ones that's name is so long I can't remember it. I liked it a lot, especially since I love listening to their lives.

I'm seeing them in concert next month! I understand your concerns as Dir En Grey's songs are really dark.

In the American import of Withering To Death there's the F word (spoken in Japanese) two or three times, other than that it's pretty much profanity free though there are songs about wrist cutting and such.

Those f-words are actually in English. You just can't understand Kyo through his accent.

He doesn't swear in his own language for some reason.

I find swearing (ie attempting to) in a language you're not 100% fluent at to be quite amusing, possibly downright hilarious.

Nevertheless, reason to swear or not, it's a pretty lame one if you ask me. Do I really care though? Nah XD Never really liked Dir En Grey's style of music anyway.

Heh, I usually don't mind it. Even in songs like "The Domestic ****** Family" (the f-word is used at least 40 times in it), I don't mind for some reason.
