this is how the game works, someone gives lyrics to a song, then try to give the name and artist of the song. PLEASE DO NOT LOOK THEM UP!!! This is a game to see what you actually know about the songs.

1."Everybody want's to go to heaven but nobody wants to die..."

2."I've been told that I look kinda funny, my nose is red...."

3."Seas of self coarse threw my blood, it's a cancer critical to my soul..."

4."not because of who I am, but because of what you've done..."

5."For everyone who's lost someone they love, long before it was their time..."

6."If I come across a little bit distant it's just because I am"

7."Oh Praise the one who payed my debt and raise this life up from the dead"

For some reason this one sounds like it came out of an old hymn, but I can't think which one.

OK, here's three from me:
1. "And you don't seem to understand/A shame you seemed an honest man/And all the things you hold so dear/Will turn to whisper in your ear"
2. "And I don't want the world to see me/Cause I don't think that they understand/When everything's made to be broken/I just want you to know who I am."
3. "I'd rather be a hammer than a nail."

1. That's the opening theme from Serial Experiments Lain, I believe.
2. Not too sure... Goo Goo Dolls?

Yes, I would. If I could, I surely would. Mmm hmm.

My turn!

1. And though I once preferred a human being's company, they pale before the monolith that towers over me

2. I wrapped a newspaper 'round my head so it looked like I was deep, I said some mumbo-jumbos then I told him he was goin' to sleep

3. It's there that I'll find in a peace not warm, and dreams that I let slip away, I'll find the joyfulness I'm looking for way back in yesterday

Hmm...

Number one sounds like TMBG. I think I remember that from Apolo 18. Is that the statue got me high?

Ok, here's a few from me:

1.) Don't be offended by my frank analysis/think of it as personality dialysis

2.) I walked across an empty land/I knew the pathway like the back of my hand

3.) That's when the giant dragon jumped over the hill and he said...
