I've had this album for a little while and i'm still just as into it as I was when I first heard it. AWESOME album. It's hardcore, but it's so much MORE than just hardcore. The hardcore vocals are multi-range and the singing parts are very unique, very original and just so dang addicting!!

IF you listen to Radiou, you probably heard a song or two. (and if you don't listen to radiou how can you call yourself a music fan!!??? <grin>)

Anyway..HIGHLY recommended...hardcore and non-hardcore fans seem to love this album. It's impressive. The whole feel of the album feels very unique. If you visit their main site you can listen to a few songs...or like Is aid before...they also get played on Radiou.com.

I've heard one of their songs and I kinda like it. Saw the video too---TVU.
:thumb: That was funny
I'll have to listen to some more songs to see how they are before I decide to get it.

He Is Legend is so cool. I can't wait to see them live again. "I Am Hollywood" is SUCH a great CD. It's cool to see another fan around here. Have you heard their EP 91025? It's very, very good.

Noo, I've been debating getting it. Is it the same sound as the full length?

Yeah, it's pretty similar. Um, there are a couple of spotty things lyrically but nothing TOO bad because it's that same mockery of the indulgence of Hollywood kind of thing. I actually like the guitar work on the EP better than the full length. The sound is very similar, though.

by spotty do you mean cussing? :/

I took a listen to the EP. It's good..but i'm still gonna say Hollywood is better..the vocals have a much wider range and more passion to them...and the music is a bit more unique..the EP is good..but it doesn't sound as...trying to think of the word...I guess "solid"...

Nah, by spotty I just mean discussing some stuff that probably isn't appropriate. Like, it discusses the emptiness of this guy's lifestyle. It says..
Just as the lion stalks
I gave her pills to go sleep and
my mind is so X-rated
this sex is overrated
is one example.

I just think the guitar work on the EP is overall better, though. It's killer.

Is "The Seduction" about a Christian in love with a non-Christian, or what?

He Is Legend's lyrics confuse me so much that I have no idea. I stopped caring and trying to figure it out after getting through 4 songs on I Am Hollywood. XD;

I Am Hollywood is probably my favorite CD of 2004. I still listen to it constantly, and I've had it since early 2005. Everything about that CD is just freakin' awesome. I also have 91025. In my opinion, it's not as good as I Am Hollywood, but it's still pretty cool.
