I don't have the best CD collection, so I need help!!
rules:
1.nothing secular.
2.nothing that's flat out noisey (Norma Jean comes to mind).
I like stuff like Staple, Beloved-Aimless Endeavor, He Is Legend-The Seduction, etc. (if that helps you guys out any)

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. Shat.
ANYWAY.
Yeah, um, for REAL SCREAMO try...wait...screamo doesn't really exist.......
Um.
Now, if you want loud rock or metal where they scream a lot, I can help you there. That'd be stuff like Underoath, Dead Poetic, and my beloved Showbread, Project 86, old Blindside (just wait until May 10, self-titled and A Thought Crushed My Mind will be rereleased with 4 new tracks each)... try that stuff...
For hardcore, try Nodes of Ranvier, and Symphony In Peril.

There rereleasing those albums? (blindside) talk about double dipping. My word...what next, Silence v2.0 with 3 songs we thought sucked back then but now will use to make more money! *sigh* I hate rerelease stuff...its the same with DVDs. Directors cuts and special editions. Anyway, I am sure you found it ironic KKun that I advised Showbread....wonder who showed me them...

Shattersteve, Blindside could market cat poo in a can and put their name on it, and I'd buy it. I don't give a rip if they're cashing in.
And yeah, that did give me a little laugh about the Showbread thing haha.

uhm i'd be somewhat wary of He Is Legend they don't seem very Christian. I was gonna recommend Emery(the greatest band ever) Dead Poetic, Subseven, Blindside and Showbread but everyone already did....

No he dosn't, cause they they are good guys with good music and clean lyrics. Therefore, no need to be weary.
Anyway Zipo, every other band recommended is really good. But you didnt specify if you wanted Christian music only, so I'll give you some very good secular alternatives as well. Thursday, Saosin, Hopesfall, The Beautiful Mistake (Christian I believe), From First to Last, and The Fall of Troy are all really good and pretty clean also. Those are somewhat similar to the bands you listed.
EDIT: I'm pretty sure you can find all of them on purevolume.com if you want to give them a listen.

I personally prefer their first-titled c.d.
EastWest is another good heavy band. Not extremely hard but thier lyrics are awesome and poetic.

I was checking out Mae a week or so back and downloaded 4 songs from their space at
http://www.purevolume.com/mae . I had the impression they were fairly hard but the songs were disappointingly light. Unless they have some other stuff of quite a different style, they don't seem to be too heavy. Hey, they have nice melodic vocals but ya, that wasn't what I had expected.

Mae is amazingly fantastically amazing and fantastic and lovely and beautiful and good but they are not at all heavy, no.
