i think music has a great impact on how we think and feel. the more positive the music, the more positive people "tend" to think and feel, and vise-versa with depressing music. not that all of it is bad^_^ . there have been a few times where i have been sad and then desided to listen to sad music and felt even worse. Words are powerful things. God spoke the world into existance. words can help people feel better or hurt peoples feelings.
though on the other hand, sometimes i think many people exprience more of a emotional reactions then spiritcal connection. it is like hearing a really great message in church and then feeling inspired to change our life... Then after a few days, we are back to their old selfs. THe trick is taking the good message from either a song, siminar etc... of love and faith in Christ and applying it in our lives. That way, instead of just feeling moved by the message for a short time, we have a spiritcal one as well.
but yes, i do believe music can have an impact on how we feel and think.
